How to setup the Customer Group [For Help and Support]

Short Instructions:

1. Download the discord app on your mobile device, this is the service our group chat is hosted on.
   iPhone / iPad: iPhone Discord Download
   Android: Android Discord Download
2. Install and open the app
3. Click Register
4. Register with phone number or email
5. Pick a username
6. ALLOW Notifications
7. Click Join a friend at the bottom of the page
8. Enter the join link (or click it on your mobile device to open the join page)
   Join Link available in Signup instructions. (check email)
9. Click Accept Invite
10. Go to the Nova Group, and click the "Verification"
11. Enter your email linked to your account
    (Failure to do so will result in you being kicked from the group).
12. Await verification to the group.

3. Sign up with Phone number or Email
   
   
   
   
4. Create a username and password
   
   
   
   
5. Allow Notifications (So you don't miss out on our updates), don't worry you will only be notified with the important stuff.
   
   
   
6. Click Join a friend on discord at the bottom
   
   
   
7. Enter the invite link given to you after purchase
   Join Link available in Signup instructions. (check email)
   
   
   
8. Click on accept invite
   
   
   
9. Click on Nova Streams, and then click on the Verification section
   
   
   
10.  Enter the email your registered with, do this straight away to avoid being kicked, and then await verification into the group.
